Presto! Fundraiser was designed to simplify the task of running a fundraising project for a scout troop, sports league, church youth group, etc.  If you have ever led a fundraising promotion, you know that there is lots of stuff to keep track of.   Presto! Fundraiser makes that job much easier, replacing the tedious process of keeping manual records, or designing spreadsheets to keep track of things.

Presto! Fundraiser lets you manage projects with up to 500 products to sell, with up to 500 sellers on your team.  Its features include:

• Tracking of individual orders for each team member
• Tracking of "rewards" earned by each member for his/her sales
• Automatic tabulation of the total order to place with the supplier of the merchandise
• Management of "Extra Items" (e.g., due to round-up of each order to make a complete case) that must be sold to ensure that your group earns maximum profit
• Printing of distribution lists for each seller (makes distributing the products easier)
• Tracking of payments for the merchandise and outstanding payments owed
• Convenient project recap report to summarize your fundraising project's success

The license for Presto! Fundraiser is transferable, which allows you to "pass on" the program to the next fundraising leader in your troop, team, etc. once your duties have been completed!
